Dear Aspirant,

If you are finding your name in the provisional list of verified candidates it means that you do not have any major document missing which will affect your admission process but yeah the rural area study certificate is important and thus once the final list is out you will face troubles if you do not submit the certificate. As admission process has many steps you are ought to get confused but be calm and do clarify your query with any of the college staff you want to take admission into. They will surely help you.
