I would say a score of 500+ under 85% state quota would keep you on the safer side of getting a MBBS seat whereas a score of 560+ would be good for 15% all India quota.
Whereas talking about BDS a score of 450+ would be good enough for a govt college.
There are some states like Chattisgarh, gujrat and Tamil nadu where a score of 480+ can work but to be on the safe side of getting a govt seat in MBBS I suggest you aim for 500+ .
