With a NEET PG rank of around 25,000 and score of 500, it will be very tough to get MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology in government colleges, because the cut-off for Gynae in govt. institutes usually closes much earlier (mostly within top 8–10k ranks).
But you still have chances in private or deemed universities, where MS Gynae seats often go till 20–25k rank range. So while govt. options are almost closed at this score, you should definitely try in deemed/private colleges through counselling.

With 500 marks (AIR ~25,000) in NEET PG, it is very difficult to get MS in Obstetrics & Gynaecology under the All India Quota, as the cutoff usually closes around 3,500–8,000 rank for general category.
At this rank, government colleges for Gynae are almost not possible.
You may still get a chance in some private or deemed universities depending on state quota availability.
Lower-tier or peripheral colleges sometimes offer Gynae seats at higher ranks.
You should also keep options like DNB Gynae or other clinical branches open.
Final seat allotment depends on state counselling cutoffs each year.
