To get seat in CBIT your TS EAMCET score must be in between 113-147 to be on safe side.Osmania University and JNTU being a prestigious universities in Hyderabad only candidates with merit rank will be able to get a seat.Your score must be above 145 marks to be able to get in any of these universities.
The cut off rank for OU is as follows for BC-B category branch wise

• Mech: 3914

Cut off for JNTU

• Civil:3672
• CSE:671
• ECE:1149
• EEE:1601
• Mech:3262
• MET:12271
• Chemical engineering:10592

However, cut off is subjected to change it may increase or decrease slightly.
