it is not a problem if you have beard now and not in the photo which you submitted. they still allow you .it is not a problem, one of my friend has the bald head photograph in the application but he has full grown hair at the time of exam, he written the exam and even qualified. So, it is not a problem. Dont worry and focus on your exam.

There should be no problem with beards as such, but why to take risk? It would be much safe if you shave your beard and then go to attempt the exam. This will leave no chances of any mishaps, from exam point of view. You can visit the following link for more details -
