Hope you are doing well as you are asking about your neet centre while filling the form you must have selected the city or area of your preference mostly you will get your 1st choice its very rare that a person get second choice but still if your 1st choice is also far then you can visit one day before to avoid any rush and you will get to know about your centre 1 week before your exam so you can easily visit your centre if it will be far from your place.
Aa very limited time is left for neet so you should do revision and solve sample papers and mock test of neet so that it will boost your confidence and secure good marks.

Hello aspirant , i can understand your dilemma but there's nothing you can particularly do as
according to the NTA policies and guidelines, the centre allotted to the candidates will not be changed thereafter.
NTA is going to mention all the details regarding the exam centre on your NEET 2021 admit card which is most probably gonna be released in first week of September.
The only thing you can do is travel early so you can reach to your centre on time.
You should make plans in advance so that you won't face any issue. Also , if its really far than you can travel to that place a day before and can stay for the night near the centre in any hotel and give exam the next day. Through this you'll avoid all the rush that's gonna happen that day.
Also as the date for your examination is very near, you should be practicing and clearing all the concepts
