It depens from state to state, where lots of facilities are available to the weaker sections of ythe society. But mostly the goverment provides scholarships and loand to the students in order to pursue their education in high profile medical colleges.

Hello..actually it depends on the policy of different state governments whether they will provide the scholarship to the students and how much they will give...private institutions doesnt give any definite amount..but yes many of them give some relaxation on the basis of results..
For applying in the scholarships of state governments you will get the info in the concerned college or university as every year scholarships forms are there..but normally the private medical colleges and governments dont provide it on the basis of caste to the medical students.
Still..you have to go through the concerned state government website and also contact your college administration.
