Registration Fee submitted by the candidate shall be adjusted against Institute fee at the time of admission in the Allotted Institute of the candidate. Yes you can change the options in the second round. You can login to the portal and can change the options as per your interest. You can't change it if you lock them. So before locking the options take a clear check of the page and Don't make any mistake which may hamper your counselling process.
