In upsee counselling I've floated my allotment result in second round in choice filling my first choice filling is showing above that new

Hello aspirant!

No, your choice filling for first round won't disappear. You can make changes in that and edit your choices from the first round. This provision has been introduced in AKTU about two years ago and helps to change the choices in case some mistakes were made in the previous round. I hope this information was helpful!
