Hi,
Fee will be refunded in online mode only and generally, it takes 2-4 days only.
But mainly, You will get the money in 3-5 months no worries the money will be transferred to the same account you paid, you will get the money positively.
For your kind information seat acceptance fees once paid can't be withdrawn. You have to float that seat and request for refund of seat acceptance fees without which you will not be able to get back your money. In case of refund you have to quit yourself from further rounds of counselling as well. Refund will take some time.
