Hello

KT means keeping terms, which  further means that you had got supplementary in your Physics and Maths.
Now that,
You have passed in your physics and maths, there's no problem and yes you are eligible for neet examination provided
You  must have got:-

----------)at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category

----------)at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc/St

----------)at least 45 % in aggregate of PCB in case of pwd candidates to be eligible.

You should have also passed in English in 12th .

Also,

* to be eligible for neet 2021 one has to be at least 17 years old or more by31st December 2021

* There is no upper age limit for Neet 2021

* There's no limit for the maximum number of attempts/times one can appear in NEET.

Hi

You added the code part later on in the question, meanwhile I posted my answer.

You need to choose the code 2 as now you are 10+2 passed .

code 2 is for all those who have passed their 10+2/higher /senior secondary/ Indian School Certificate Examination with physics, chemistry, biology/biotechnology and English

afifaansari652 It's 6th August today, and your results was declared on 3rd August and you have passed in your supplementary Physics and Maths then how do you not know your marks?

You just need to enter your class 12th %/marks, so just enter it.

And it's completely ok even if you don't have passing certificate yet as it's not need to be uploaded while filling the form but will be required during seat allotment in counselling

afifaansari652 You need to replace your failed subject marks with passed supplementarty subject marks to calculate your% .

coming to roll number,
you need fill your class 12th board roll number and not roll number of your supplementary subject passing certificate.
