Hello,

Of course, you can go ahead with graduation in political science and change your stream, for pursuing graduation in political science, one just needs to have passed 10+2 from a recognized board with minimum 50% aggregate or otherwise set up by concerned colleges.

Some of the best colleges for this course Miranda House, Hindu College, Kirori Mal College, Ramjas College, Fergusson College of Pune, St Xavier's College of Mumbai, KJ Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce of Mumbai etc.

These top colleges require a very high aggregate in 12th Standard to be able to get admission, specially colleges under DU.

So, focus on your studies as of now, it must be a priority for you, list down colleges you want to take admission in and check out their previous year cut-off and accordingly work hard to get admission into it.
