Yes 75% criteria is removed for this year due to current surge in COVID-19 cases and even if you are dropper you will be considered under this relaxation so if you are pass in your class 12th in all subjects but not scored 75% or more then also you are eligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/CFTIs through JEE-Main score.
As of now due to the prevailing circumstances JEE-Main 2021 April and May attempt have been postponed till further announcement so you got some more time to prepare for it and in this extra time it is recommended to just go through your weak areas ad improve it and also along with this just practice some more sample papers and previous year question papers because you don't have to leave the practice of solving question because there is possibility that it might be conducted after the 3 or four months as last year happened so don't lose your practice and for mock test you can also reach out to the official website of NTA :-
