Yes, a non math student is eligible for BCA.

However, incase there is an Entrance Test to the Particular Institute you may prepare for Basic Maths, you learnt till Class 10.

However after BCA, you must complete you MCA, preferably from some of the Top NITs for better career scope and prospects in the IT/Software/Services Industry.
