Is admission process and application forms different for DIPSAR and DPSRU for admissions 2021 ?

No dear, all the admission procedure of DIPSAR is carried out under the supervision of DPSRU , so whenever the form will be available , the DIPSAR application will also be processed through DPSRU, so both the colleges have same admission procedure , just the campus is different and you will get an option to choose the campus that you desire.
