This totally depends on your interest.NIT WARANGAL and NIT TRICHY both are top NITs of our country.If you want to go big software companies you can go for CSE branch.You will also get big chances if you will be good at programming.It is totally your choice but i will recommend you go for CSE in NIT WARANGAL.Rest is your choice.

This question is based on your priorities, your interest, and your aim in life.

Both NIT trichy and NIT warangal are the best NITs in India and they both are even better than many newer IITs. 

So, lets distribute our observation on few points: 

1) Brand : Both are equally effective in this. Both NIT trichy anf NIT Warangal are top NITs with upper hand over many things, bet it research, infrastructure, student amenities, College Fests etc. Both the colleges are comparable on this point.

2) Your interest: If you are interested in electronics stuffs then you must opt for Trichy. afterall your interest is the main thing to be concerned of.

3) Placements: First you must understand this that you are comparing CSE with EC. I am no way defaming EC branch but what i mean to say is CSE placements are higher than EC. In NIT Warangal you can expect an average salary of around 15 LPA in CSE. while in ECE you might get upto 8-10 LPA average.(considering core companies)

4) Faculties: Here also, in thuis point both the colleges are comparable. Students studying there claims that lecturers at both the colleges are pretty fine and good, but all are not good nd some are exceptionally good (PS : This is a student review of NIT t & NIT W)

5)Peer Group: Both are colleges are again comparable on this point. The students going to these colleges are the top rankers in JEE.

So, To conclude,

If you are concerned only about the placements then Go for NIT Warangal - CSE. If you are concerned about your interest then opt which you have interest on!
