You can refer to Arihant preparation guide. Also, you should revise regularly the syllabus and the topics which you have prepared. Giving mock tests is also very useful for the preparation.

Hi Ritik,
You can refer Arihant for Maths and Some old papers (you can also practice JEE Papers )
For Physics refer H.C.Verma, in this the theory is good but questions are objective a well as Subjetive
For Chemistry, it's advisable torefer NCERT
So Practice as many as questions Possible and time management is vital to write BITSAT Exam.
