Is BSc in optometry waste if the college is not approved by MIC ? and can we get a license if not approved by MIC

Hope you are doing well ! No it's not that , if your college is approved by any other body then also it's fine . If it is ugc approved then all right .
medical college is governed by MCI and the university with which the medical college is affiliated is governed by UGC. We can consider both MCI and UGC as parallel railway tracks which never meet. But both are equally important.
