Is iiit hyderabad has no reservation criteria?.. Is this not a government college?

No, IIIT Hyderabad is not any other government institute .But a semi private university and one of premier institutes in India .There is no reservation in any part of system.The only reservation is by your merit,talent and sheer hard-work
