Hi,

If you are thinking of doing integrated Btech means btech and mtech both then after this if you want to study further then you can have two options.

1. MBA
It is always a good option for anyone who is graduate because mba gives a industry like exporsure. Basically, trains you to work in any organisation but the jobs you get after mba is non-technical . Like:- business development, sales executive and all. MBA is to make student industry ready.

2. PhD
As, if you want to study more or want to dig more in mechanical stream then PhD is also the best option and job opportunities are also good in this field also as you can become professor.

So, both the paths are great one, just go with your interest .
