No bro you can't pursue
mlt
after completing your secondary certificate. You have to complete your higher secondary certificate. After completing
your 12th class you can pursue diploma in mlt bachloer in mlt. After completing your bachelor you can pursue P.G or doctorate.

I am sorry to tell you dear but if you are asking about pursuing Medical Laboratory Technology then you cannot pursue it with just class 10th certificates as to be eligibile for Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT), required qualification is 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised University or Board. Duration of the course is 2 years. So , you need to first complete your 12th if you want to pursue mlt.
