Hello,

You can do distance learning if you are doing job now. If you do full time MBA course then you have to leave your job.

There will be no issue if you do MBA after 6 years. You can follow the process as any other normal student will do.  All you have to think is what you want to do.

In distance education, you can do your job in office hours. You will have classes on Saturday and Sunday and exam will also get conducted in weekends. It won't hamper your office life.

Hope it helps!
