Niharika, to be honest, there are Companies that would like to hire Students from premiere Institutions. There is no denying that fact. Companies like Amazon prefer Premier Institution Candidates. But there are also Companies that do not have such preference. So it is not mandatory that your Education should be from the Top University or a Best University.
