In the form, you have to mention the mother's income, otherwise it doesn't accept the form and shows 'field required'
But even if your mother is a house maker, you can choose the least number option in the form. That's in no way going to harm the form. That is not something important that your form will be rejected. So dont bother too much about it. Make sure you fill other important details properly.
