Percentile doesn't only depends on the number of students appearing for jee mains. It depends on the factor that your performance is better than how much number of students. If there are more number of students, and you score better than many of them then your percentile will be high, or else if there are less number of students and most of them perform better than you, you would score less percentile. So we cannot conclude much, you just focus on giving your best.
