is it necessary that what filled in neet form valid ID proof should be taken same in exam centre. is other valid ID proof also permissible if I don't have that. is 12 th class admit card allowed as valid ID proof in examination centre I filled adhar card in form but have colour print of it

It's no where mentioned that you have to carry the same ID proof to the exam center. Although it's advisable to carry the same ID proof mentioned in the Admit Card. But as you don't have that carry your 12th Admit card to the centre as your I'd proof. I don't think it might cause you any trouble.
