Hello Sanskruti Sonawane, Yes you have to prepare entire syllabus for neet exam because in neet paper is I have combine all subject and also one of the difficult paper in India and it also effect your rank because negative marking in paper if you mistake in 1 question deduct for each incorrect question correct for 4 marks and incorrect for-1 ,no attempt question no mark. Total mark 720.
