is it necessary to keep the 1st alloted college in 2nd counselling of TS eamcet if in case i do not get any college in 2nd counselling

You might opt out of the counselling process by withdrawing your seat after last round. It must not be compulsory to take admission in alotted college. You can find more details on TS EAMCET here: https://tseamcet.nic.in/
