Yes, I believe being from OBC Category, securing 98.6 Percentile in JEE Main, you have fair chances in securing ECE at IIIT Allahabad. IIIT A is known for its excellent Placements at par with the Top 10 Institutes of India, and even has excellent faculty, infrastructure and research facilities as far as ECE is concerned. You may definitely take up ECE at IIITA, with this field having immense potential in future.
