Is it possible to apply to an IIM that was not selected during the CAT registration process?

Hello Aspirant,

The admission in IIMs is based on the CAT valid score. You should meet the cutoff of the particular institute to get into there.

Thank you for your reply,
But what if I do meet the cutoff for a certain IIM but I did not specifically chose it in the 'Programmes' section when filling up the form for CAT? Does that mean the IIM in question does not consider my score when shortlisting despite it meeting the cutoff?
