Dear Aadesh,

You will not be able to become a judge directly in India after completing 3 years Law in UK for several reasons which will be discussed below:

  • You should be a citizen of India
  • You should have 10 years experience in any court in India as an advocate
  • You may need to complete a Law degree in India as laws in India are different from that in UK

All the best
