Is it possible to get EWS to a married women whos husband comes under EWS catogery but not the father?

Yes, it is possible.

Whenever a mail applies for EWS certificate, then if he is married then his total family income (his income + his wife's income) is taken into consideration and if he is not married, then his parent's total income is taken into consideration.

Similar is case of a woman.

You are asking about a married woman, then she comes under EWS category if her husband comes.

As u said that if the boy is not married then patents total income is calculated. Is is only parents income or the income of boy too?..

urvashi langeh It depends upon the situation. If a Male person lives (permanently) with his family (Parents) and earns, the total income of all members will be taken into consideration. On the other hand, if the Male person lives permanently without his parents and earns, then only his income will be taken into consideration.
