It is not mandatory to reach at 7:30 as exam begin at 9 A.M. yet you are advised to reach early to avoid being late. Also the processes like biometric verification consume time. So you be present there early not exactly on 7:30 (if not possible) but you should reach the centre positively at 8:00 A.M. so that you can undergo verification at time and attempt your exam at time.

Hello suyash, yes it is very much important to be there as early as possible at the exam centre at 7.30AM, because to avoid the mess.. and to avoidable unfavourable chances of being late or not finding the exam hall... you need to be seated till 7.45 with all the required things on table.. you must follow the guidlines which are made by the examination centre..
