Congratulations Sachin you performed extremely well! With 94 percentile in JEE Mains 2019 you were eligible for JEE Advance 2019 and you can now register for JoSAA counselling 2019 through which you can apply for NITs and IIITs. I won't suggest you for another year drop.

Hey there,
With this much score if your are unable to get the college this year through jee mains then you should obviously take the year drop to score a good percentile score in jee mains and get a good college. I will suggest you to go for private colleges this year of possible.
