Is it worth to wait fr 2nd and 3rd councelling of upsee if i got inderaprastha ghaziabad, as less or no vacancies r left after 1st councelng

Upsee released the 1st round list in that list alloted seats did not mean that the seats are filled. These seats are alloted to candidates it depends on them that they freeze or not.
