Vellore institute of tecnology conducts this exam and according to their site Jaipur has been allotted a centre with centre code 178.I assume that you have already filled the application form as the last date for filling the application form was 22nd march 2019.

Yes definitely, VITEE has their exam centers in jaipur. The slot booking will start from first week of April.
