Kodagu Institute of Medical Sciences is around 2 to 3 kms away from the small town of Madikeri. It's a new medical college started from 2016 with 150 mbbs seats.

TEACHERS -The teaching staff of the first year subjects are pretty good. They are always willing to help you out with your problems, once you approach them.

HOSPITAL -The hospital is not situated in the college campus but is in the heart of the town. It's been there for about 7 to 8 years.

CAMPUS - The campus is HUGE and some parts are still under construction, and have a decent classroom with equipped laboratories. Since the college is literally on top of a hill, your hostel rooms will have a beautiful scenery overlooking the windows.

The college provides a good proportion of well-educated and highly educated faculty members equipped with all modern technology. It also provides a sufficient number of non-technical staff to provide a self-learning environment for students. The college is committed to improving the health education and output delivery system for the people of the country.
