Hello.
Are you asking that Is MIT good for engineering and for which branch? If yes, so obviously it one of the popular and good University for engineering course.

How many campuses are there of Manipal university for studying BTech?
There are basically seven campuses of Manipal University listed below:

Not for all for now I am considering it for Manipal campus of Manipal university:
There are total 16 branches in Btech offered by Manipal university, Manipal for BTech , and rest are for lateral entry:

How is doing BTech in MIT?
we can predict worth of doing Btech on the basis of placement record of the college/University .
In MIT , Manipal , in the previous year  total 781 offers were given to the students , and highest package was of 22.38 LPA ,and average package was of 4.54-7.2 LPA , it was really good in comparison of tier 3 colleges , here many biggest and top companies like Microsoft , google, Amazon , etc. Comes for placement , and the above packages were Offered to the computer science and engineering students. So I would suggest you to go with the CSE branch if you have opportunity then, and also this is the best branch in MIT.

which is the best branch in Manipal university?
Again I am taking Manipal campus on the priority so here best branch is computer science and engineering , while packages offered to other branch is not bad still the highest package generally goes to CSE student that is why this is the best branch here, and also the environment of study for this branch and also for other branch is very high because of tough fight for high package .

Manipal in terms of fee for BTech?
Yes fee is 13 lakh plus for all branch then it may become costly for you to do BTech in this University , and this is only tution fee , other charges are excluded, so if you want to have good knowledge and good placement package then you should afford this , I am not saying that Manipal University is the only option for your future , no it is not you can see many students shine their future after completion of their BTech from tier 3 colleges .

How to get into Manipal university for BTech?
Admission in BTech course in Manipal university is done on the basis of MET exam( Manipal Entrance Test) conducted by the university , your past academic records and score in this exam will be consider for the admission,

How much rank should we have to get secure my seat?
If I consider main campus and all branches of BTech then your rank must lie below 40,000 for securing your seat into it , for getting into core branches you need to have very less rank and this is the closing rank for down level branch of BTech, for more detailed idea of rank that you must have to secure a seat in any of the branch ,I would suggest you to go with the previous year cutoff list , take a glance to it and have a probable idea , you can do it by just going with the below link:

What other things are required ?
You are just going to enter in your college life which is entirely different from your school life , if you possess some extra skills that may take you out in a important way during your college, like if you have good communication skills , good networking skills , leadership skills , good and polite interactive behaviour then you can win the heart of anyone , so work on it also before entering in a different world of under graduation, if you take a glance to the syllabus or content of the branch for which you are going that will definitely show you more intelligent and knowledgeable person .

Preparation strategy for MET?
this is one of the confusing question that how to prepare for MET exam to get admission if you do not have good academic record in your past , ok then you will have to score more in MET to compensate the overall performance, there are some preparation tips that you can follow:
  • Analyse the syllabus of  MET exam,You can do it by just going with the link provided below:
