Hello Candidate,

Only HRM is not good as a specialization. The field is witnessing an increasing application of technology in the form of analytics.

Today’s HR leaders are not asking why a resource has left the organization, they are trying to predict the attrition in advance and taking action items based on that.

Therefore look for HR+HRMS, or HR+HR Analytics as specialization areas. This will help you obtain dual specialization as well as you’ll be better equipped for the job market.
