Whenever going for the MBA,make sure you check the ROI.
Not only the package matters,but the overall exposure you get,learning opportunities,peer group as well the brand of the college matters.
If the NIT you're referring to is in a place where you'll get all this,go for it if the placements are good.
If not,drop a year and prepare well.Score high in CAT and go to the best B-Schools of the country.
Choose well.
