Is mtg jee mathematics enough to crack jee or should I stick to RD Sharma?

All books are fine provided you practice and solve the problems completely. If you do one book then that will be a good achievement. However if you wish, you can try checking online. There are plenty available free of cost in pdf form. Don't buy if you don't wish to. Download and practice.

To score good marks in mathematics lot of practice is required. It is recommended that you solve as many as questions for your practice.
Make sure your concepts are clear it will help you to solve tricky questions. You should refer NCERT book first for your preparation.
MTG and RD Sharma both the books are good for your preparation. You can choose any book according to your comfort.
You should also solve past year problems to understand the level of questions and mock test series to work on your speed. You can also solve timing test.
