Not only in Mumbai but across whole Maharashtra if you want get admission in any of the physiotherapy colleges than you should qualify NEET exam because admission to BPT course is made through NEET Counselling in Maharashtra state.

But if you do not get any seat in NEET counselling then you can get direct admission to some colleges for BPT but again condition is that you should at least qualify the NEET exam.
