As per your requirement, i would say that as mentioned above your query, its nothing such that neet is required but it may even be needed as these courses are paramedical courses.
For taking admission in B.Sc Anesthesia or bsc cardiovascular or any such course, the admission process is as follows:
Firstly the admission process differ institution to institution.
Some colleges select students on the merit basis , which is obtained in Class 12th, in which they should have scored 45% minimum in physics, chemistry and biology.
On the other hand some colleges, take admission in the basis of the entrance exam for the selection . These entrances can be held by the college itself or can be on the other institutions entrance results like NEET, AIIMS,AICET,etc.
Yes, NEET may be required but it's not compulsory for those colleges who take admission in the merit basis or there university exams.
