There is difference between score and rank.

Score means marks that we have obtained.

In official result or marksheet everything is stared properly like your score and rank.

Other than that there is no difference.

For applying in colleges you need to mention your score and sometimes even rank.

Hello student!!

There is no difference between NEET score card or rank letter or result.
Though entrance exam conducted by JIPMER, used to use   the word rank letter which means nothing but the result.
It's also has a other name that's Neet marksheet.
