Yes, If you have studied from NIOS board you are eligible to 85% seat quota of  the state government colleges. State counseling for state quota seats (85%) & private colleges including Management quota seats is conducted through state counseling authority. Candidates who belongs to that particular state and fulfill the all the eligibility criteria along with marks of 12th course, age limit, has passed 12th exam from a recognized education board and eligible to apply. so even if you have studied from NIOS board you are eligible to 85% seat quota of  the state government colleges quota.
