Yes, residential certificate is required for TS EAMCET counselling for non locals.

For your better understanding I am listing all all the documents you would be needing during the counselling process -

• TS EAMCET Rank Card

• TS EAMCET Hall Ticket

• Aadhar Card

• SSC/its equivalent marks memo

• Inermediate/its equivalent memo-cum-pass certificate

• VI to inter study certificates

• Transfer Certificate (T.C)

• Income certificate

• Caste certificate (if applicable)

• PH/CAP/NCC/Sports and Games/Minority certificate, if applicable

• Residence Certificate of either parents in Telengana for a period of 10 years in case of non-locals.

• Residence Certificate of candidate for a period of 7 years preceding to qualifying examination in case where the candidate has mo institutionalized education.
