Is the fee structure is fixed or is there any decrease in fee amount by looking after the family financial income??

Dear Student,
Criteria varies as per the colleges.
There is a concession of fee structure in IITs and NITs for economically backward students.
There are many collges which provides scholarships as well.
Can you please mention the name of the college?
