To get more about GNM Nursing Admission 2021, read the entire article. Admission to the GNM Nursing diploma Programme is facilitated through entrance tests, with a few colleges allowing merit-based admission. The admission exam is based on the subjects chosen by the candidate in the 12th grade.

It is therefore clarified that all the GNM Nursing Schools shall ensure that: • Last admission year for GNM Training programme will be 2020-21 academic year. No admission will be made to GNM programme in 2021-22 academic years and thereafter.

While GNM is a diploma course, BSc nursing is a four year course. In September 2019, the Council had decided to go for a 'single level entry for nursing' in order to ensure the quality of nursing education. Admission to GNM courses will be stopped from 2021.
