Hello saurabh,
The marks or percentile mentioned in the mhtcet or the cutoffs of colleges is either for pcm for engineering fields.
Otherwise the percentile is for pcb for field such as pharmacy and bsc agri.
The combined percentile are NOT calculated in any case.

I’m not sure but this percetile appears for pcm group only.This year ie 2019 total of 111150 students were present on 2nd and 3rd May(PCM) CET.If one has got 99.0 percetile then the rank will be 1112. If we make it combiked percentile then total of 413254 students appeared for CET and 99 percentile makes a rank of 4137, which looks very low.Someone from TCS ion or MHT CET can throw more light.
