BSc phyiscs is much more specialized as compared to the  BSc general degree, and academically, Bsc physics is a more standard degree as compared to BSc.(general),the differences is as follows:

  • Bsc physics:If you want to study any one of the purse sciences (eg. chemistry, physics, mathematics etc.) in detail ,you should opt bsc physics ,y ou shall be studying Physics in a rigorous manner for 3 years/4 years (depending on the country) with some side subject of your choice, out of which mathematics is often taken compulsory.
  • BSc general:if you want a more balanced and multi-disciplinary approach and do not specifically specialize or study a particular subject, you can pursue a B.Sc(General) course for under graduation,In terms of course work, BSc (General) is a lot easier compared to the more specialized honors course.
